Have you ever seen broccoli flower? I certainly hadn't. We planted broccoli in the garden and weren't sure when exactly to harvest it. Apparently you're supposed to harvest it before it flowers. Makes sense, but I'm glad we harvested this one too late. It's beautiful! I feel like it would actually make a really pretty wedding accent flower. What do you think? Have you seen it before?
