But even in the midst of all the preparations it is really important to take time to relax. Even if you can only find a half an hour a day to just be, DO IT! Watch tv, snuggle with your cat/dog, listen to music, take a nap. It doesn't matter what you do, just take some time off from the craziness and let your body and mind rest. You will sincerely thank yourself later. And I can guarantee you'll feel better and get more done doing this.
So that's a little note of advice to you all this Christmas! Personally I like to lay on the couch and snuggle with my kitty cat. =)
